Secondly, look for damaged shingle in the area where the leakage is happening. Once you find a damaged or broken shingle replacing it will be very simple. Fourthly, lift the corners of the overlapping shingles and then use a 6D galvanized roof nails to fasten the top of the new replacement.
Lastly cover the nails’ head with roof cement as this will enhance the shingles to be supported effectively since the nails will be prevented from being loose and thus avoiding them from coming out. After covering the nails head with a roof cement, smooth down the overlapping shingle edges. It is evident that roof repair is very simple and quick.
